DUAL STATION
A floating jaw carrier system and a middle jaw provides dual station functionality and compensates for different sized workpiecs
A spring-loaded braking system provides "third-hand" functionality, forcing the front jaw to close first and the rear jaw to close second
The middle jaw can positioned off-center to allow greater capacity in the front station
SINGLE STATION
By removing the center jaw and securing a sliding jaw into a fixed position using a locating pins and a setscrew, the vise is configured for single station operation
Side Mounting
Optional ground sides avialable for side mounting
Side mounting also possible (and recommended) with right angle ball coupler fixtures
Machinable Jaws
Machinable jaws are used in lieu of master jaws and jaw plates
Allows for the largest machinable volume to securely grip odd-shaped parts
Machinable Jaws + Side Clearance
Machinable jaws are used in lieu of master jaws and jaw plates
The sides of the jaws can be machined away for tool clearance to fully machine three sides of each workpiece

Jaws can be rotated 180 degrees to hold different parts on opposite sides

A machinable center jaw is used in lieu of a master center jaw with jaw plates

Better economy is achieved compared using machinable sliding jaws when applicable
