The NEOMICRO range of permanent magnetic chucks are used for the precision grinding of very small and thin (minimum workpiece size 4 x 4 x 1mm) up to large components. Constructed with a solid steel base and a top plate with transverse poles, the pole division is 1.4 mm steel and 0.5 mm brass. The regrinding lifespan is 7mm across the range.
Waterproof assembly means EDM causes no problems as the range is impervious to submergence in dielectric liquid.
The dual neodymium magnetic system offers a nominal holding force of 100 N/cm² actuated with a robust mechanism.
All NEOMICRO chucks are delivered with back and end part location stops, a set of fixing clamps and an Allen key.
It is also available in stainless steel if higher wear resistance is required.
