The NEOSPARK is a range of permanent magnetic chucks specially created for EDM being impervious to submergence in dielectric fluid. It also lends itself to the precision grinding of very small and thin, up to large components.
A waterproof assembly of a solid steel base with an integrated actuating mechanism sits below a solid top plate with transverse poles divided into 1.4 and 0.5mm increments of alternating steel and brass. A dual neodymium magnetic system producing a nominal holding force of 100 N/cm².
The usability limit of the pole plate is 7mm. All NEOSPARK chucks are delivered with a set of fixing clamps and an Allen key.
