The TURBOMILL 18 range of electro-permanent chucks are used for surface milling and drilling of medium to large sized plates (from 200 x 200mm) and heavy duty grinding operations (minimum workpiece size 60 x 60 x 9mm).
With transverse pole division of 18mm of steel alternating with 10mm of epoxy resin the chucks provide a nominal holding force of 140 N/cm².
All TURBOMILL 18 chucks are delivered with 2x part location stops, 4x fixing clamps, a cable junction box (on the long side) and an armoured power cord of 3m..
