The UNIGRIP range of electro-magnetic chucks are used for general purpose surface grinding of medium size (minimum workpiece size 25 x 25 x 5mm) up to large components.
Solid single piece body with firmly embedded coils (standard input voltage 110VDC) sit below a robust top plate forming a waterproof, multi-coil magnetic system assembly with transverse poles.
The major pole distance of 19mm offers a fine pole division of 5/0,5/5/0,5/5/3mm of alternating steel and brass combining to provide a nominal holding force of 90 N/cm².
The regrinding lifespan is 6mm across the range.

All UNIGRIP chucks are delivered with back and end part location stops, a set of fixing clamps and a power cord of 3m
