The EM-FINE is a range of electromagnetic chucks used for the finish series grinding of small and thin (minimum 15 x 2mm) workpieces. The waterproof assembly comprises a solid machined body with firmly embedded coils and permanent magnets beneath a robust top plate with parallel poles with a standard pitch of 5mm (4mm of steel alternating with 1mm of brass or epoxy resin) with a standard electrical connector located at the bottom centre.
